JBF Transport not only has on-the-job hands-on training, but we have also teamed with INFINIT-I Vertical Alliance to give our drivers a knowledgeable edge that other companies may not offer. We have a pre-hire orientation of videos with testing and a 90% required passing score. This orientation includes CSA Basics, Defensive Driving, Hours of Service, Human trafficking and Hazmat Training.
Our training does not stop after orientation as we also implement ongoing monthly training with several different refresher courses pertaining to our industry. All our video training requires testing with a minimum test score of 90%.
